CLOUD-DEVELOPER (M/F/D)

Exciting Tasks
As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) at plazz AG you will be involved in all areas of development and work with many different technologies from the native, API & web frontend area. You will join a young, dynamic team where what counts is what you can do and not who you are. New ideas and different views are, with a good justification, always welcome. You should have analytical thinking and abstraction skills to solve complex tasks. The main task is to evaluate and deploy new systems and maintain the existing components.
You will work intensively with software developers during product development and adapt and expand the CI/CD pipelines for the team. You will have the opportunity to play a significant role in optimizing the infrastructure that we implement at plazz AG using the Infrastructure-as-Code approach in order to link the distributed systems in a comprehensible way. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies to advance our products. You will define the infrastructure components using Terraform and deploy the application containers to the Kubernets cluster using Helm. You will provision virtual machines with ansible and packer.

Your qualifications
- Education or degree in the field of computer science
- Basic knowledge of programming and scripting
- Understanding of markup languages
- Knowledge and enjoyment of Continuous Integration & Delivery with Gitlab, Jenkins or similar.
- An understanding of the term “Infrastructure as Code”
- Ability to work in a team
