We have been operating the Mobile Event App (MEA), our interactive event solution for contemporary event design, since mid-2013 and are constantly working on expanding its functionalities and usability. The standard version of the app now includes over 40 functions to meet the requirements of corporate events, trade fairs and conferences.

In 2015, we began a further step in the development of MEA – the expansion to a “Multi Event” solution. By expanding the app into a multi-event app, it is now also possible to map and manage several events simultaneously in the app.

In 2020, we updated our basic infrastructure and made it future-proof at the same time. This shortened development times and made us more flexible when it came to individual customer requests.

In 2024, we are launching another support program with a focus on AI in our new Polario product. We are thus continuing to focus on the implementation of contemporary trends and technologies that are expected and demanded by our customers.

Current Projects

Development of an AI-based engagement toolset for mobile event/community platforms

The project addresses the challenges of digital information overload and declining engagement in the work context. By developing a personalized event and community experience, the focus is placed on the individual user, initiating a paradigm shift in corporate communication. Particular attention is paid to time as the most important resource.

The focus is on research, supported by funding from the European Union. The funding rate for industrial research is 70%, while the funding rate for experimental development is 45%. The aim is to generate sustainable added value for users through innovative solutions and to increase engagement in the digital environment.
