‘Every beginning is difficult,’ as the saying goes. For this reason, the first product we would like to introduce to you is a tool to support the event planning phase. It not only assists the event manager with the invitation process, but also the invited guests, who can register for the event immediately and easily.
Events can be created quickly and easily via registr. The list of invited guests can be managed at any time and can also be adjusted and changed afterwards. The participant registration status is updated in real time, keeping you up to date at all times.
Once you have successfully registered, you can use surveys to ask participants about important details such as possible hotel bookings, arrival and departure, in order to provide additional planning security. Check-in app
The most important aspect of this development is that it significantly speeds up admission management. No long queues, no searching for name tags and no confusion with similar names. By assigning QR codes, e.g. in the invitation sent by registr, participants only need to scan them using the iPads provided and are immediately checked in. In addition to self-check-in, the work and number of hostesses assisting with check-in is also reduced immensely. Especially when it comes to participant accreditation, our solution ensures comprehensive and accurate registration. Check-out is of course also possible with the app.
Also ideal for digital contact tracing to enable rapid tracking of infections with the new coronavirus (SARS CoV 2) in accordance with the IFSG (Infection Protection Act).
In addition to check-in and check-out, our app can also initiate live badge printing. When configured, it sends data to one of our connected printers after check-in, which creates an attractive event badge in no time at all.
